On March 26-27, 2026, the social and educational project “SHE in Art and Life” was held at Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim Tank.
The project is aimed at popularizing the work of contemporary Belarusian artists, as well as promoting the ideas of gender equality and the Sustainable Development Goals among young people.
The central event was the exhibition “SHE in Art and Life”, which featured more than 40 works by contemporary Belarusian authors. The exhibition demonstrated the diversity of artistic approaches and the relevance of the female perspective in contemporary art.
The program of the project also included the creative living room “Her Majesty the Woman”, the art studio “Modern Woman: Man of Culture (Homo Culturalis)”, a series of master classes and a lecture “Creating Beauty: From Sketch to Masterpiece”. These events allowed the participants to delve deeper into the topic of women’s creativity, discuss the role of women in the cultural space and try their hand at artistic practices.
The implementation of the “SHE in Art and Life” project contributes to the achievement by the Republic of Belarus of the Sustainable Development Goals 5, 10, 17 and the other SDGs.
