On June 19, 2021 Fathers’ Forum-2021 “Be a Dad Now!” was held on the occasion of the International Father’s Day.

Forum participants discussed the active involvement of fathers in the upbringing and care of their children, responsible and conscious fatherhood, the interaction between schools and parents in raising children, education of future and young fathers, as well as the implementation of state family policy and parenthood as a corporate value for the employer.

In Belarus women continue to bear a double load at work and in the family, spending 3.5 times more time caring for children than men.
