In order to popularize the forms of intellectual leisure and develop the creative potential of young people, as well as to identify and support promising startup projects in the healthcare sector, from February to March 2022, the competition of startup projects «MedicalStartup» will be held.
The organizers of the competition are the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, the Republican Youth Council under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, the educational institution «Gomel State Medical University».
The competition is open to students, undergraduates and graduate students studying in educational institutions that train specialists with higher medical education, graduates of educational institutions, young scientists and young professionals who presented the project idea in one of the following categories:

The procedure for organizing and holding the competition is determined by the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus dated February 7, 2022 №150.
Support for start-up projects in the healthcare sector makes an important contribution to the achievement by the Republic of Belarus of Sustainable Development Goals 3, 9 and other SDGs.
