A simulation training center for medical and pharmaceutical workers has been created in Belarus

In Belarus, the Republican Center for Professional Certification and Simulation Training of Medical and Pharmaceutical Workers was opened on the basis of the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Healthcare Workers of the Belarusian State Medical University.

The center operates on the principle of a simulation clinic, consisting of eight modules in which practical skills, communication and teamwork skills, quick decision-making in difficult situations, etc. are developed. Modules include an emergency and intensive care clinic, a pediatric and neonatology emergency clinic, a surgical clinic, an endoscopy room, an obstetrics and gynecology clinic, an ultrasound department, a dental clinic, anatomy and reflexology.

The functioning of the Republican Center for Professional Certification and Simulation Training of Medical and Pharmaceutical Workers will make an important contribution to the achievement by the Republic of Belarus of Sustainable Development Goals 3, 4 and other SDGs.
