Acceptance of applications for participation in the competition «Green Eurasia» has started

In order to identify effective practices aimed at the sustainable development of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, the International Climate Competition «Green Eurasia» is being held.

Commercial organizations, state institutions, authorities, local governments, non-profit organizations and associations, individuals (citizens of the EAEU member states) can take part in the competition. A participant of the Competition can submit no more than three applications (practices) in the following nominations:

• «Clean Energy and Energy Efficiency»;
• «Clean industry»;
• «Sustainable Agriculture»;
• «Low Carbon Transport»;
• «Green Building»;
• «Green finance»;
• «Efficient waste management»;
• «Environmental culture and involvement of the population in the climate agenda»;
• «Environmental and climate monitoring»;
• «State policy in the field of low-carbon development».

Applications for participation in the competition are accepted until March 31, 2023.

The holding of the Green Eurasia International Climate Competition will make an important contribution to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
