Achievements of Belarus in the field of artificial intelligence and robotics were presented at the forum in Minsk

On October 12 and 13, 2023, the II Forum of IT-Academy «Artificial Intelligence in Belarus» was held in Minsk, organized by the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus jointly with the State Scientific Institution «United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus».

The Forum was attended by representatives of public and private Belarusian and foreign organizations, scientists, specialists from research organizations, educational institutions engaged in research in the field of application of artificial intelligence methods.

The Forum program included:

• organizing an exhibition of significant domestic developments in the field of artificial intelligence and robotics;
• presentation of the Belarusian digital artificial intelligence platform;
• holding an open competition «Artificial Intelligence Leaders in Belarus – 2023»;
• the work of thematic sections and round tables on the topics «Theoretical and practical developments in the field of artificial intelligence in the Republic of Belarus and abroad», «Training qualified personnel for the development and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies», «Prospects for the development of artificial intelligence in Belarus».

The holding of the IT-Academy Forum «Artificial Intelligence in Belarus» makes an important contribution to the achievement by the Republic of Belarus of Sustainable Development Goal 9 and other SDGs.
