Belarus took part in the XI International Forum «Eurasian Economic Perspective»

The delegation of the Republic of Belarus took part in the XI International Forum «Eurasian Economic Perspective», which was held on November 28-30, 2023 in St. Petersburg. The theme of the Forum is «Stability, adaptability and self-identification of the economic space of Greater Eurasia in the context of global transformation». Considerable attention in the forum is paid to issues of tourism cooperation.

The director of the Department of Tourism of the Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus, Irina Nikolaevna Voronovich, took part in the forum and made a report on the topic «Prospects for cooperation between Belarus and Russia in the field of tourism». Anna Nikolaevna Voshchinchuk, head of the department of quality and educational and analytical work of the National Tourism Agency, reported on the methods of training personnel for the tourism industry, as well as the Belarusian experience in organizing and conducting professional certification of tour guides and guide-translators. Also, within the framework of the forum, master classes were held on the topic: «Features of training guides in Belarus».
