Equal district development of Mogilev region, growth of investment flows and profitability of enterprises and exports are priorities for the Mogilev region development

Sustainable regional development is one of the key objectives of the Program of socio-economic development for 2021-2025. The results and prospects for regional development of the Mogilev region were discussed at the meeting of the Mogilev regional executive committee.

The meeting presented the results of industry, agriculture, construction, housing and utilities and sectors of the social sphere for 2016-2020, as well as considered the key aspects for 2021. These are the financial condition of organizations, creating the starting conditions to enter the trajectory of accelerated development and the deployment of a new investment cycle in the coming five years. The indicator “Investments in fixed capital” is defined as a target one, so it will serve to evaluate the performance of each district of the Mogilev region.
 
The main goal of the new five-year plan is to ensure social stability in the society and growth in the well-being of citizens through qualitative economic growth, building social capital, and creating comfortable conditions for life, work and self-fulfillment. To develop the main goal, the priorities of the Mogilev region for 2021 are defined as the even development ofthe Mogilev region districts, the growth of investment flows and profitability of enterprises and exports.
