Experts spoke about the challenges and prospects for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in Belarus

On October 4, 2023, as part of the talk show «Economic Environment», National Coordinator for Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals Valery Belsky, Chairman of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus Inna Medvedeva and Head of the Environmental and Economic Research Sector of the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Nadezhda Batova spoke about the Sustainable Development Goals and the success of their achievements in Belarus.

The talk show participants discussed the following questions: Why are countries striving to achieve the SDGs? Is it necessary to update the SDGs? What environmental risks exist? What place is given to «green» areas? Which government bodies and organizations are included in the architecture for managing the process of achieving the SDGs in Belarus? and etc.
