Grodno is the Youth Capital of Belarus-2021

Grodno has the status of the youth capital in 2021. Throughout the year the city will host sports and cultural events for youth. The program opened with the festival “Grodno is the Youth Capital” which was attended by students, young deputies and representatives of youth parliaments. Exhibition “Grodno is a City of Opportunities for Youth”, awarding the winners of the National Universiade 2020, sports tournaments, the national seminar “Topical aspects of educational and ideological work in the educational system of the Republic of Belarus and ways to improve it”, Kupala Dictation and other events will be held in the city during the year. The program “Youth Capital of Belarus” is an important contribution of the country to the Sustainable Development Goals accelerator “Focus on Future Generations”.
