Information resource on managerial personnel and civil servants will be launched in Belarus by 2027
The digitalization of human resources policy is among today’s priorities. Currently, work has already begun on the creation of an automated information system “Personnel”.
This system will make it possible to consolidate personnel personal data in a single resource, optimize the channels of interdepartmental interaction, accelerate personnel decision-making, expand the possibilities of forming personnel reserves and gradually move away from paper to electronic production.
The resource is scheduled to begin operation in 2027.
The development and operation of AIS “Personnel” will contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals 8, 9 and the other SDGs by the Republic of Belarus.
