On September 7, 2022, a press conference will be held in Minsk on the topic: «Volunteer movement in Belarus: involvement of the country’s population in charitable projects».
The event will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, the Belarusian Red Cross Society, the Belarusian Peace Fund, the World Health Organization in Belarus, the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the Charitable Organization «UniHelp».
During the press conference, the participants will discuss what volunteer programs are currently being implemented in Belarus and how to become a participant in them, what percentage of the population of Belarus is involved in volunteer projects, what areas are popular among young people, how to independently create a volunteer initiative, etc.
