Public discussion of the draft “On Entrepreneurial Activities” is taking place in Belarus

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus is holding a public discussion of the Draft Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus “On Entrepreneurial Activities”.

The Draft proposes to approve the Regulations on the Procedure for the Formation and Maintenance of the Register of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, and also to determine:

• list of types of activities permitted to be carried out as an individual entrepreneur;
• list of types of activities permitted to be carried out as independent professional activities;
• list of types of craft activities.

Comments and suggestions can be made in the special topic at the Legal Forum of Belarus until May 25, 2024.

Improving the conditions for business activities contributes to the achievement by the Republic of Belarus of Sustainable Development Goal 8 and other SDGs.
