Seminars on organizing work with youth at the regional level started in Belarus

On May 14, 2025, in Mogilev a workshop “Organization of work with youth at the regional level” was held. This workshop opened a series of educational meetings aimed at improving the effectiveness of youth work at the regional level.

The event brought together more than 40 specialists of district and city executive committees, specialists in youth work at enterprises and organizations of Mogilev region, implementing the state youth policy.

The participants focused on the following issues:

• directions of youth policy implementation at the regional level
• modern formats of youth involvement in public life
• professional development of youth work specialists and motivation methods
• best practices of mentoring and career guidance and others

Special interest was aroused by the presentations of experts who shared successful cases of work with youth initiatives. The participants not only gained valuable knowledge but also were able to work out specific solutions for their districts in a live dialog.

The creation at the regional level of an enabling environment for the successful socialization and self-realization of youth and the development of their potential makes an important contribution to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
