The Digital Solutions Guide for Small and Medium Businesses was developed by the United Nations Development Programme in Belarus and is designed to help entrepreneurs improve and optimize business objectives through digital solutions. The guide can be downloaded here. The guide consists of 5 sections, 31 articles (case studies) and links to additional materials and manuals. With the help of situational tasks in the guide you can improve and optimize business tasks, enter new markets with minimal investment, find clients with online tools, create a website, improve social networking, go to remote workflow, implement an electronic record, work effectively as a team, master new online platforms for training employees. Digitalization of business contributes to achieving Sustainable Development Goals 8 “Decent Work and Economic Growth”, 9 “Industrialization, Innovation and Infrastructure” and others. In addition, the transition to digital technologies, innovative solutions and automated business processes are particularly important to overcome the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.
