The Belarusian Republican Union of Lawyers held a conference

On December 3, 2021, the public association «Belarusian Republican Union of Lawyers» held a conference timed to coincide with the celebration of Lawyer’s Day.

The event was attended by international and Belarusian experts in the legal field.

The conference was held in the form of round tables in a hybrid format on the following topics:

• «Expansion of the notarial form of protection of the rights of participants in civil turnover in the process of improving the norms of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus»;
• «Novels of criminal and criminal procedure legislation, as well as their implementation»;
• «Formation and development of the profession of a bailiff»;
• «Topical issues of the development of the state system of legal information of the Republic of Belarus»;
• «Modern Trends and Challenges of International Arbitration»;
• «Youth policy of the Union of Lawyers and legal education: strategic directions of interaction».

The conference contributes to the establishment of professional and business interaction not only at the country level, but also at the interstate level, and also contributes to the achievement of the Republic of Belarus Sustainable Development Goals 4, 9, 16 and other SDGs.
