The draft Code of the Republic of Belarus on Healthcare has been submitted for public discussion

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus is holding a public discussion of the draft Code of the Republic of Belarus on Healthcare.

The Code regulates the most important social relations related to the implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to health protection, streamlines and updates legislation in the field of health care, and ensures its consistency, compactness, and ease of use.

Suggestions and comments on the draft Code of the Republic of Belarus on Healthcare can be expressed from November 29 to December 9, 2024 in a special topic on the Legal Forum of Belarus.

The adoption of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Healthcare will contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goal 3 and the other SDGs by the Republic of Belarus.
