The draft Law “On Amendments to the Subsoil Code of the Republic of Belarus” submitted for public discussion

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus is holding a public discussion of the draft Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Amendments to the Subsoil Code of the Republic of Belarus”.

The project is aimed at improving the legal regulation of relations arising in connection with the geological study of subsoil, mining, use and protection of other subsoil resources, as well as the creation and expansion of the mineral resource base.

Comments and suggestions can be expressed in the special topic at the Legal Forum of Belarus or sent to the email address geology@minpriroda.gov.by until June 27, 2024.

Updating the provisions of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on subsoil will contribute to the achievement by the Republic of Belarus of the Sustainable Development Goal 15 and the other SDGs.
