The forum «The First Step into Science» will be held in Minsk

On January 24, 2024, in order to involve Belarusian students in research activities, the Republican Student Conference «The First Step into Science» will be held at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

The conference is aimed at finding students interested in scientific research, developing skills in presenting the results of research activities, and developing students’ ideas about modern achievements of Belarusian science.

The conference will be attended by more than 200 students from educational institutions implementing educational programs of general secondary, vocational and secondary special education in the country.

The conference program includes a plenary session with young scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, 10 sectional sessions in various areas of science, and an exhibition of scientific and technical developments of young scientists.

The Republican Student Conference «The First Step into Science» contributes to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals 4, 9 and other SDGs by the Republic of Belarus.
