The network of charging stations for electric cars will expand in Belarus

In Belarus, the need to equip charging facilities with the necessary GB/T standard connectors is increasing due to the growing number of Chinese electric vehicles. Belorusneft intends to modernize 250 charging stations for electric cars in 2023. The company will also expand its network of super-fast chargers. It is planned that the network will have 689 electric charging stations and 8 super-fast filling complexes by the end of 2023, and 86 super-fast complexes will be built by 2030. In total, at the beginning of 2023, there were 627 electric charging stations operating under the brand «Malanka» in the country and one super-fast filling complex in Minsk.
The expansion of the electric charging network contributes to an increase in the number of electric vehicle users, which makes an important contribution to the achievement by the Republic of Belarus of Sustainable Development Goal 13 and other SDGs.
