On September 24, 2024, a webinar was held on the topic “Formation of a list of state programs for 2026–2030.”
During the webinar, the requirements of regulatory documents governing the procedure for forming the list, the specifics of goal setting, the rules for forming tasks and determining the circle of customers were presented.
Each well-developed state program fulfills two strategic tasks: clear “step-by-step” planning for achieving the goal and efficient use of allocated budget funds. It was noted that proposals for the formation of a list of state programs should take into account the program-target method, which allows for the most effective modeling of the future and the maximum return on investment.
Proposals for the formation of a list of state programs for 2026–2030 must be submitted to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus no later than October 25, 2024. The draft list of state programs will be submitted for consideration by December 1, 2024.
