The state program “Small and Medium Entrepreneurship” for 2021-2025 was approved

The State program “Small and medium-sized business” for 2021-2025 was approved by the Council of Ministers Decree № 56 of January 29, 2021. The purpose of the State program is to form a favorable environment for the development of small and medium-sized businesses, taking into account their needs.

The state program will be aimed at stimulating business initiative, improving business environment for growth of entrepreneurial activity and stimulating the creation of highly productive, export-oriented and innovative organizations.

Among the planned activities of the program are the creation of an ombudsman institution to protect the rights of entrepreneurs, improvement of tax legislation, support for small and medium-sized businesses and startup movement and others. The state program will promote the country’s economic well-being and help achieve Sustainable Development Goals 8 “Decent Work and Economic Growth”, 9 “Industrialization, Innovation and Infrastructure” and others.
