On April 7-26, 2025, students from more than 40 universities in Belarus, Russia and Uzbekistan will join the XI youth festival in the field of sustainable development “VuzEcoFest-2025”. The key theme of the forum will be “Adaptation to the effects of climate change at the level of companies and regions”.
“VuzEcoFest” is a cultural and educational project of the CIS countries. The mission of the project is to improve the environment by introducing the concept of green universities and integrating the principles of sustainable development into the activities of universities, cities and countries.
The festival program includes a variety of events on the theme of sustainable development. In particular, scientific seminars, lectures, master classes and thematic discussions will be organized for the participants. Also, students will be able to take part in a series of quizzes, contests, business and intellectual games, volunteer actions on environmental topics, initiatives to collect waste paper, plant trees, and improve monuments.

Participation in the youth festival in the field of sustainable development “VuzEcoFest” contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals 4, 13, 17 and the other SDGs by the Republic of Belarus.
