The first super-fast charging complex for electric vehicles was launched in the Brilevichi microdistrict of Minsk. The complex has eight stations for charging electric vehicles, seven of which are 100-kilowatt and one is super-fast at 350 kW, as well as an energy storage system that allows you to accumulate energy and reduces the load on the power system during peak hours.
It is planned that 87 super-fast charging complexes will be built in Belarus by 2030, including a wider configuration. In total, to date, 628 charging stations have been put into operation in the country, of which 435 are fast charging stations.
The creation of charging stations for electric vehicles makes an important contribution to the achievement by the Republic of Belarus of Sustainable Development Goals 7, 11, 12, 13 and other SDGs.
