For additional education of children and youth, including children with special psychophysical development, the first Stem-laboratory in Belarus was launched at the State Educational Institution “Borisov District Center for Correctional and Developmental Education and Rehabilitation”.
The Stem laboratory consists of modular scientific and methodological complexes and is designed for children from 4 to 12 years old. In total, about 250 phenomena and physical laws of the surrounding world and chemical reactions are presented. All classes will be organized in an individual form.
It is planned that the laboratory will be visited not only by students of the Center, but also by children with disabilities who study in general, secondary and preschool educational institutions of the Borisov district.
The operation of the Stem laboratory will provide children with disabilities with additional opportunities for socialization and education, and will also contribute to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals 4, 10 and other SDGs by the Republic of Belarus.
