The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus, together with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Belarus, launched a new set of entrepreneurs of the “silver” age (50+) in an educational program that combines training and mentoring support in using digital tools for business development.
The program is designed for August — November 2026 and will be held in two stages. The first stage (August — September) will be devoted to online classes on the use of digital tools for business development. Practicing entrepreneurs and industry experts will talk about the promotion of goods and services on the Internet, working with social networks, using CRM systems, financial planning and other tools for effective business management.
A separate module of the program will be devoted to artificial intelligence. Participants will get acquainted with services that help analyze information, find new ideas, improve communication with customers, and automate routine tasks.
During the second stage (September — November), entrepreneurs of the “silver” age will be able to receive personal mentoring support. Mentors will help 10 participants, identified based on the results of submitted applications, select and implement digital solutions tailored to the specifics of each business.
To participate in the program, you must fill out the registration form. Participation is free.
The initiative to support “silver” entrepreneurship has been implemented by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus and the UNDP since 2025, creating conditions for training, experience exchange and the development of entrepreneurial initiatives of older people. The initiative contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals 4, 8, 10 and other SDGs by the Republic of Belarus.
