On September 4, 2025, the training event “Professional Satisfaction and Safety” was held in Mogilev. This is the fifth event held by the administration of the Mogilev Free Economic Zone as part of the creation of a Competence Center for Labor Productivity.
During the event, representatives of enterprises of the Mogilev region actively analyzed difficult production situations, built effective feedback strategies and learned how to constructively resolve conflicts in production. The participants also discussed the impact of wages, comfortable workplace, atmosphere in the team, leadership style, high-quality information support and other factors on employee satisfaction and loyalty.
The development of the Competence Center for Improving Labor Productivity on the basis of the Mogilev Free Economic Zone is carried out with the support of the UNDP within the framework of the international technical assistance project “Support to the Efforts of the Republic of Belarus in Nationalization and Localization of SDGs” funded by the Russian Federation.
The functioning of the Competence Center for Labor Productivity on the basis of the Mogilev Free Economic Zone contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals 8, 12 and the other SDGs by the Republic of Belarus.
