On December 13, 2021, the regular meeting of the Council for Sustainable Development was held in Minsk. The Council meeting was thematic in nature and was dedicated to the implementation of the climate agenda by the Republic of Belarus and the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 13.
During the Council meeting, issues of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by Belarus until 2030, the results of participation in the UN Climate Change Conference, promoting the climate agenda in regions and industries, the contribution of Belarusian youth to achieving SDG 13, the ESG agenda, etc. were discussed.
