On October 12, 2023, a thematic meeting of the Council on Sustainable Development was held in Minsk.
During the meeting, participants discussed the prospects for the development of the National education system in the context of the results of the UN Education Transformation Summit 2022, the integration of sustainable development competencies into higher education educational programs and the teacher training system, international approaches to education for sustainable development, implemented in partnership with the country team UN in the Republic of Belarus. Also, the meeting participants got acquainted with the work of the SDG Youth Ambassadors of the third convocation and the results of the participation of the delegation of the Republic of Belarus in the SDG Summit in September 2023 in New York.
